Are you busy taking care of everyone else? Do you take time out to replenish yourself? Pandemic seems to have exacerbated our ‘leaving it all out on the field” and I find many people are exhausted, depleted and lacking the joy and enthusiasm they desire. I described it yesterday like we’re living in a dust cloud and just waiting for the dust to settle. Does it feel like time for a shift? Could you use a little help seeing a bit more clearly? I might be able to help in one of two ways:  

1. I teach yoga online to give people a way to practice yoga safely from home. My teaching style, with lots of verbal cues, lends itself to zoom and hybrid between individual and group practice.
