Breathe Easy with BreatheEV: Driving Multifamily Tenant Retention and Revenue
Electric vehicle charging is becoming more of a need than a want, especially for multifamily properties. Tenants with an electric vehicle are moving out of complexes without a charger to find those that do have them. Even if the property does have chargers, the tenants might not ever be able to use them because someone is always sitting in that spot. In other cases, the property can’t install that many chargers due to power limits or they have so many chargers they’re just taking away from parking spots and requirements.
BreatheEV allows tenants to now reserve their charging, ensuring they can charge when they need. BreatheEV also reduces the amount of chargers a property needs by 1/10, saving the property money while also doing revenue share to drive up revenue.
