Amy Tyre Yoga

I love yoga, and like to practice several times per week. If you are interested in Yin Yoga, Amy Tyre teaches an online class on Monday’s at 6:00 PM PST.  Yin yoga is a quiet meditative practice that works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the fascia and connective tissues of the body with longer held passive poses to create lasting change.  It helps people slow down, restore and rejuvenate body and mind.
