Help Us Provide Thanksgiving Meals for Local Families

I am a huge fan of Harvest Compassion Center and its dynamic leader Nicolee Thomspon. The organization that allows me to fund the giveaway of turkeys to others every Thanksgiving.

I love giving away turkeys! Why? What could be more American, helpful and beneficial to your community than helping a family in need with a tasty bird on a national holiday.

In the past we have had local celebrities assist, but it is super fun and this year you can contribute too!

At Harvest Compassion Center, our mission is simple: provide food and clothing in a hope-filled environment to the underserved in the greater Phoenix area. We have the privilege of walking alongside local families facing tough times and reminding them that they’re not alone. We believe every family deserves the chance to gather together and share a holiday meal filled with gratitude and love.

This Thanksgiving, we invite our community to help us bless hundreds of Valley families by donating turkeys. We’re asking for walk-in donations of frozen turkeys, preferably smaller sizes (5–8 pounds), so that we can maximize our storage space and serve even more families.

Donation Dates: November 1 – 25

Drop Off: Any Harvest Compassion Center location between 8:00 a.m. and NoonHCC
  • North Phoenix: 4744 E. Thunderbird Road, Ste. 9, Phoenix, AZ 85032 (Monday, Wednesday, or Saturday)
  • HCC West Phoenix: 5608 N. 27th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85017 (Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday)
  • HCC Maryvale: 4002 N. 67th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85033 (Tuesday, Friday, or Saturday)

Prefer to give online? You can make a financial donation at harvestcompassioncenter.org/donate/feed-a-family and simply put “Turkey” in the memo line.

The holidays are some of our busiest months. With your support, we can continue walking alongside families, not only providing basic necessities but also bringing them the joy of time together around the table. Thank you for helping us make Thanksgiving brighter for so many in our community!
